- Comfortable Clothing: Wear lightweight, breathable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Opt for moisture-wicking materials to keep you cool and dry during the ride. Long-sleeved shirts and pants are preferable to protect your skin from sun exposure, insects, and scratches.
- Closed-Toe Shoes: Choose sturdy closed-toe shoes, such as sneakers or hiking boots, to provide support, grip, and protection for your feet. Avoid open-toe shoes, sandals, or flip-flops as they may not offer adequate protection. We rent boots in place.
